Woody Vasulka is a Czech artist who was born in Bron in 1937. In the late 1960s,he explored the nature of electronic images and sounds and in 1974 became interested in the Rutt/Etra Scan Processor. He is considered to be one of the inventors of video art.

In collaboration with the SLIDERS_lab, an artists’ collective that embraces an aesthetic territory emerging around animated images, archives and digital technology.
